Refund policy

Pet Joy Marketplace, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We want you and your pet to enjoy every product you purchase from our online pet store. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Products must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at info@petjoymarketplace.shop with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that delivery fees are non refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet clothing, collars, feeding items, and chew toys cannot be returned. Pet Joy Marketplace reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
